Cider Club Members must be of legal drinking age in their province of residence.
Prior to both shipments, we will send an email notification with the details of the upcoming shipment, at which time you will have the option of adding to your order, should you wish.
At the time of receiving the notification, please ensure your shipping address is correct. Changes can be made in the Members Section of our website within 7 days of the email notification, otherwise rerouting charges may apply.
Upon receiving the email notification prior to shipping, please ensure the credit card information saved to your member profile in the Members Section of our website is current.
Each shipment will be automatically charged to your credit card approximately 2-3 weeks before shipment (the $5 membership deposit on your first order will be deducted at this time.)
Your yearly membership renews automatically. Should you wish to cancel, we require a minimum of 30 days notice before your next shipment is due.
Shipping is limited to physical addresses within Canada (we cannot ship to PO Boxes)
Shipping services will be done by ATS. We will send an email notification with a tracking number once your shipment has been picked up and is on its way.
Upon delivery, ATS will not leave packages unattended, but will leave notification that they have attempted delivery if you are not able to receive your package in person, or have someone receive it for you. If this is the case it will be your responsibility to coordinate a second delivery attempt with ATS.
Should someone other than yourself receive the delivery, that individual must be of legal drinking age/age of majority in your province.
